Liability Waiver & Health Declaration – Weaver

Dear guest,
Before you join our skipper for a beautiful trip on the water, we kindly ask you to read the following carefully.

All our skippers are trained to take you out in the most comfortable and safe way possible. The RIBs are specially equipped for this purpose and fitted with balanced engine power rather than maximum capacity.

You will of course receive an approved life jacket, and if needed, a water-resistant suit. Once on board, the skipper will welcome you and explain everything you need to know so you can fully enjoy your trip.

Due to regulations and insurance requirements in the Netherlands, we are obliged to ask you to complete the form below. Your answers will remain confidential and are only reviewed by us before departure. You will also receive a copy of your form by email.

⚠️ Please note: If you are unable to answer all questions positively, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the guest trip. That is why we ask you to fill in this form beforehand – so we can avoid any disappointment at the dock.

Safety Instructions for Sailing with a RIB

  • Always follow the instructions of the skipper.

  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory before boarding.

  • Sitting or standing anywhere other than your own jockey seat is not allowed.

  • Mobile phones, (video) cameras, and other valuables: we advise you not to bring them on board. If you do, it is entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability for loss or damage. There is limited storage under your jockey seat, but it is not waterproof.

  • Hold on firmly while the RIB is moving. Stand with slightly bent knees so you can absorb any bumps with your legs.

  • If you want the boat to stop: raise your arm with a fist and loudly call “STOP” to the skipper.

  • Children under 14 years of age may only come aboard if accompanied by an adult.
